Leftjoined SepticSeptic tank pumping help across the Roswell area
Know what to expect before you reach out

How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

When you reach out, you speak with an independent local provider from our network. Leftjoined Septic does not perform the work, so the person on the line runs or works for a separate septic or sewer business in your region.

Before You Reach Out

A little prep makes the first conversation smoother. If you can, jot down what you have noticed and take a few photos of any wet spots or stains. Locate your tank lid or cleanout if you know where it is. Dig up old pumping receipts or system records, too. None of this is required, but it helps a provider understand the situation faster.

What Happens Next

Think of the first conversation like a doctor's intake visit. The provider asks questions before suggesting anything. Expect to be asked:

  • What you notice, such as slow drains, odors, or wet spots in the yard
  • When it started and whether it is getting worse
  • Roughly how old the home and system are
  • When the tank was last pumped, if you know

You do not need perfect answers. Honest guesses help.

What to Ask a Provider

A few questions make comparing much easier:

  • What do you think is causing this, and why?
  • What are the options, from simple to bigger?
  • Is the estimate in writing, and what does it include?
  • What could change the price once work begins?
  • Are you licensed and insured in my state?
  • How soon could you schedule the visit?

Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by job, so a written quote is the only number worth trusting.

You Are in Control

You can ask for more than one estimate. You can take a day to think. You can say no. There is no obligation, and a good provider will explain things without pushing. If something feels rushed, that is a useful signal too.
